Stellar Community Management assists the Board in understanding the daily functions of the Association as well as the overall participation of the Management Company. A good partnership results in a contented community.

We currently are managing over 1,500 homes and over $1,000,000. We offer one-year contracts with or without automatic renewals along with a 90-day termination without penalty fees.

Stellar Community Management holds numerous contracts that have been held from development through Owner/Board transition. We offer on-site accounting with a flexible management set up. Our personnel is courteous and efficient. We have a vested interest in the community and the area we serve.

There is a 24-hour maximum customer call-back policy. Multiple items are used for tracking and management. Our company has extensive knowledge of the development process.
